Invoicing & Controlling Specialist

About the role

As an Invoicing & Controlling Specialist you will join the Production team to support invoicing, cost controlling and financial analysis for vehicle maintenance and repair operations in the German market. You will ensure invoice accuracy, monitor costs and provide analyses that drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and process invoices related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and control maintenance and repair costs, ensuring data accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Calculate, track and analyse vehicle maintenance costs and identify cost drivers.
• Support budget monitoring, prepare regular reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Production, Business Development and Operations to streamline financial workflows.
• Identify and implement improvements to invoicing procedures, reporting and data management.
• Contribute to automation of recurring processes and reports using analytical tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Several years of experience in invoicing, accounting, controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership, accuracy and accountability.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
