About the role
The position is responsible for controlling and verifying the company's financial, accounting and operational processes, focusing on identifying irregularities, deviations and risks.
Key responsibilities
- Review financial and accounting documentation, invoices, payments, contracts and supporting documents.
- Check work progress against contracts and specifications, verify project costs and record deviations.
- Monitor suppliers, subcontractors and related agreements, participate in warehouse checks and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, document issues and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement and Technical departments.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
- Experience in audit, finance or accounting; construction sector experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities, accuracy, attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of financial software.
