Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is the AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses, helping property managers automate reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance and reporting. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer who will turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software, working closely with founders, designers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build customer‑facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that span the entire rental lifecycle.
• Work directly with property managers to understand workflows, identify friction points and decide which problems to solve.
• Take features from idea through prototype, frontend, backend, integrations, testing and deployment, owning the end‑to‑end experience.
• Create intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with designers to simplify complex rental operations.
• Develop event‑driven automation that eliminates repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communications and owner reporting.
• Integrate with external platforms (Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and build reliable APIs.
• Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Independent work style with ownership of outcomes.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
