Senior Design Architect

About the role

The Senior Design Architect supports project delivery by analysing and adapting designs to site conditions, proposing solutions to unforeseen challenges and spotting opportunities for improvement during construction. The role also contributes to the company's architectural standards and technical details used across its development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse architectural issues and propose technical solutions aligned with the approved design and actual site conditions
• Develop proposals to adapt and optimise architectural solutions when unforeseen issues arise, complying with the approved design and change-review procedures
• Prepare and update architectural details, drawings and documentation to resolve identified issues
• Review and prepare graphic materials and architectural information in sales packages, and update them after approved design changes
• Prepare architectural designs for minor interventions, functional adaptations and the specific needs of Group companies
• Ensure designs comply with the company's technical standards and contribute to their ongoing development
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues and collaborate with other departments so that standards, documentation and construction requirements stay aligned

Required profile

• Master's degree in Architecture
• At least five years of experience in architectural design, including construction documentation and on-site technical support
• Very good knowledge of construction detailing, building materials and finishing solutions
• Strong analytical skills, creativity in designing and optimising solutions, and very good knowledge of applicable legislation and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to plan, coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Very good command of English; additional foreign languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and visualisation software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max is an advantage
