Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

I&A International, a luxury watch and jewellery retailer founded in 1991 in Tirana with more than 30 stores in Albania and neighbouring regions, is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The main goal is to manage, optimise and continuously update the digital presence of all stores, with a focus on local search platforms, so that stores become more visible online and attract more local customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage profiles: keep hours, addresses, categories, descriptions and photos up to date for every store.
• Optimise profiles according to the latest Google Local Search standards.
• Post offers regularly in coordination with the marketing department.
• Write articles and other content with a strong SEO focus.
• Coordinate with store managers on operational changes and updates.
• Monitor reviews and reply professionally to customers.
• Track performance analytically and prepare periodic reports for all stores.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Informatics.
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent Albanian and English copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate work across several stores at once.

• Knowledge of WordPress usage and management.
