Content & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Smart Home Albania is looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist based in Tirana within its Marketing department. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on creating and managing content for social networks, including video and photo production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategy
• Create and manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars
• Brainstorm creative ideas and plan content according to brand objectives
• Organise shoots, photoshoots and visual materials, including on-location documentation of installations, products and projects across Albania
• Edit videos and photos professionally and write accompanying copy
• Publish content on digital platforms and integrate AI tools to optimise creative processes
• Monitor and analyse content performance and work with other departments on materials and campaigns

Required profile

• Experience creating and managing social media content
• Knowledge of content marketing, digital strategy and editorial planning
• Practical photography, filming and editing skills
• Good communication skills and knowledge of English
• Category B driving licence (mandatory)
• Portfolio of concrete works (mandatory); applications without a portfolio will not be considered

Required skills

• CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva or similar software
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Use of AI tools in the creative process
