Marketing Specialist (Part Time)

About the role

LEA Business Consulting is looking for a creative marketing specialist to promote its consulting services and support the company's growth. The role covers digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns and lead generation, working alongside the business development team. It is a part-time position with a hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Digital marketing and content: plan and run marketing plans, create posts, articles, newsletters and promotional material for social media, manage the content calendar and visual assets with tools such as Canva.
• Email marketing and lead generation: plan and run email campaigns, segment contact databases, write professional emails and newsletters, and work with business development on leads.
• Branding and strategy: support the marketing and branding strategy, keep the brand identity consistent across channels, study market trends and competitors, and promote training, workshops and events.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: track social engagement, website traffic, campaign results and conversion rates, prepare periodic reports and propose improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or email marketing is an advantage.
• Very good writing and content creation skills in Albanian and good English.
• Creativity, attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to handle several tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools and digital marketing practices.
• Canva and basic photo/video editing software (advantage).
• SEO, website content management and digital data analysis (advantage).
