Salesforce Helpdesk – Application Support

About the role

As a Salesforce Helpdesk professional at SD Worx, you will be the first line of support for internal Salesforce users. You will investigate, resolve and communicate technical issues, ensuring the platform remains reliable and user‑friendly for our payroll and HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for Salesforce, handling basic technical incidents.
• Investigate, resolve and document issues, communicating solutions to users.
• Set up new users, deactivate accounts and maintain access controls.
• Create and maintain support documentation, training material and knowledge base articles.
• Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable business insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with custom Salesforce enhancements and coordinate with product owners, functional teams and development squads for complex troubleshooting.
• Follow ITIL incident and problem management processes, ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Experience in Salesforce end‑user support or similar application support role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with users and internal teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles, especially incident and problem management.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) working environments.
