About the role
The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Hoja’s service packages, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Tirana and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports.
- Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and business development, including lead generation and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Required skills
- CRM software proficiency.
- Common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
