Junior AI Creative Producer

About the role

The Junior AI Creative Producer will own the creative pipeline, studying top competitor ads, adapting proven formulas with AI tools, and supporting the product team with competitor research. The focus is on fast, iterative production rather than lengthy polishing.

Key responsibilities

• Produce video and static ad creatives using AI generation tools, adapting them to various ad formats and aspect ratios.
• Research competitor ad libraries and app onboarding experiences, documenting high‑performing concepts and flows.
• Rebuild and continuously iterate proven creative concepts for our apps, maintaining organized records of prompts and versions.

Required profile

• Strong instinct for short‑form video, knowing what captures attention in the first two seconds.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring correct aspect ratios, clean framing and no unwanted cropping.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate frequently and respond to feedback without attachment to individual outputs.
• Clear written communication to document research so teammates can act on it.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI image or video generation tools and prompt refinement.
• Basic video editing skills (trimming, adding text/captions, exporting to specifications).
• Familiarity with organizing prompts, versions and creative references.
