Junior AI Creative Producer

About the role

This junior position focuses on creating ad creative for mobile apps using AI generation tools. You will study competitor ads, adapt proven concepts, and continuously test new ideas while supporting product research on onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce video and static ad creative with AI tools, adapting formats for various placements.
• Research competitor ad libraries to identify high‑performing concepts and angles.
• Rebuild and iterate proven creative concepts for our apps.
• Generate and revise assets at volume, emphasizing rapid testing over polishing.
• Download and document competitor app onboarding flows, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
• Maintain organized records of prompts, versions, and references for repeatable success.

Required profile

• Strong instinct for short‑form video and what captures attention in the first two seconds.
• Hands‑on comfort with AI image or video generation tools and patience to refine prompts.
• Basic video editing skills: trimming, adding text/captions, exporting to specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail for aspect ratios, framing, and avoiding cropped key content.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate frequently, and respond to feedback without attachment.
• Clear written communication to document research for teammates.
