Sales Manager – Industrial Machinery

About the role

INDA, founded in 2000 and operating for more than 25 years in professional machinery and equipment, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its sales activity. The post holder manages the sales team, sets targets and follows results, while also taking care of existing clients, expanding the client base and spotting new business opportunities. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the sales activity, including directing the sales team and setting objectives
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, grow the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and follow up commercial offers and negotiate with clients and partners
• Monitor sales and prepare periodic reports
• Coordinate, together with other departments, processes related to orders, supply and customer service

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 5-7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a management position
• Experience selling industrial machinery, industrial equipment or technical products is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills, and ability to organise and motivate a sales team
• Ability to analyse results and plan sales activities
• Good knowledge of English

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good knowledge of CRM systems
