Real Estate Agent – Tirana

About the role

Century 21 Gold Albania is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to work on‑site in Tirana. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through buying, selling and renting processes while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• List, market and show properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Conduct property valuations, market analyses and prepare related documentation.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with legal and financial partners.
• Maintain and expand a client network, providing ongoing support throughout transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid knowledge of Albanian property regulations.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Tirana real‑estate market and ability to perform basic market research.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple listings and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism, integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using real‑estate listing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (advantageous).
