About the role

The Real Estate Agent role at CENTURY 21 Albania is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Tirana. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while representing the CENTURY 21 brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, prepare listings and manage negotiations.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Prepare comparative market analyses and keep up‑to‑date with local market trends.
• Collaborate with the local office team and use CENTURY 21 tools and systems.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust‑based relationships.
• Sales, negotiation and client‑service orientation with a focus on results.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate markets, property valuation and local regulations, or willingness to learn.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple clients and showings.
• High school diploma required; university degree in business, economics, law or related fields is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Experience using online listing platforms to promote properties.
