Quality Analyst – Photovoltaic Systems (Entry Level)

About the role

Enpal is looking for an entry‑level Quality Analyst to support the technical excellence of its photovoltaic (PV) system installations. You will work remotely to evaluate the quality of each installation and help ensure that every solar roof, battery storage unit, and wall box meets the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely assess the technical quality of PV system installations against engineering, safety and performance criteria.
• Monitor each installation stage to verify strict adherence to protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose process enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, installation and maintenance teams to optimise workflows and overall quality.
• Document assessment results, corrective actions and maintain transparent records.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (German is a plus).
• Recent graduate or fresh talent eager to start a career in renewable energy.
• Strong interest in technical work, commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with engineering software for mechanical and electrical systems.
