About the role

T&XH sh.p.k. is expanding its technical team in Tirana and seeks a Construction Engineer to work from the office. The role involves overseeing project costs, schedules, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project designs and prepare detailed cost estimates (preliminary budgets).
• Develop detailed work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager and monitor progress.
• Manage project deviations, control costs, and ensure work aligns with the approved estimate.
• Prepare measurement books, monthly and progressive reports, and verify compliance with standards and KTZ regulations.
• Conduct market research for suppliers and contractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee technical contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering (Construction or Transport profile).
• More than 3 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Fluency in English or Italian.
• Strong abilities in control, supervision, managerial reporting, and performance management.
