About the role

This professional internship offers a hands‑on experience in the Human Resources, Back Office, Retail Recovery and Digital Products areas of Tirana Bank. The intern will support daily operations, participate in projects and develop practical banking skills under the guidance of a mentor and department manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Collect, organize and update documentation and relevant information.
• Participate in department projects, initiatives and activities.
• Prepare basic reports, presentations and analyses as required.
• Conduct research and gather data to support work processes.
• Attend meetings, trainings and development events organized by the bank.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Follow internal procedures, professional standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.

Required profile

• Student in the final years of a Bachelor or Master program, or recent graduate, in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Albanian and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to learn and develop professional skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
