Recruitment and Attraction Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and use HR systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and engaging experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives through university partnerships, career fairs and other events.
• Assist the HR Manager with administrative processes and various people initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and independent work skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems (preferred).
