Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Tirana

About the role

Our client, a pharmaceutical company operating in Albania, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its commercial team. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong client relationships, and driving business development across Tirana and the wider Albanian market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular field sales visits in Tirana and other regions of Albania.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify new clients, sales opportunities and business development prospects within the assigned territory.
• Achieve established sales targets and commercial performance objectives.
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on client visits, sales activities, results and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities and follow‑up activities.
• Provide management with insights on market trends, customer needs and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the company's sales strategy and market development.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in a client‑facing commercial role such as Sales Representative, Account Manager or Business Development is an advantage.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, organise time effectively and manage a client portfolio.

Required skills

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship‑management skills.
