Part-Time Sales Specialist

About the role

MicroAI is a fast‑moving startup based in Albania looking for a part‑time Sales Specialist to help drive B2B revenue for its tech and digital services. The role can be performed remotely or from our Tirana office with flexible hours (1‑4 hrs/day) and includes full training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and prospect leads using LinkedIn, email outreach and research to build a predictable outbound pipeline.
• Conduct consultative, solution‑selling conversations, understand client pain points and map them to MicroAI’s web development, digital marketing or software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to contract signing, handling objections and negotiating deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and long‑term accounts.
• Track performance metrics (calls, meetings, conversion rates) and use analytics to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strong communication in Albanian, Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with autonomy in a startup environment.
• High integrity, customer‑centric attitude with empathy and active listening.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing.
