About the role
The company T&XH sh.p.k. is expanding its technical team in Tirana and seeks an Office Construction Engineer with at least three years of experience in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse project specifications and detail the bill of quantities for preliminary cost estimation.
- Prepare detailed work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager and monitor progress.
- Manage project deviations, control cost compliance, and ensure work execution meets company and KTZ standards.
- Compile measurement books, monthly and progressive reports, and oversee technical contract administration.
- Conduct market research, negotiate with suppliers and contractors, and prepare project documentation and periodic reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction or Transport).
- Minimum three years of experience in construction, familiar with external contracts (FIDIC).
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Fluency in English or Italian.
