Senior Surveyor

About the role

The Senior Surveyor is responsible for conducting surveying works on properties and sites to provide accurate information for construction, alterations, valuations, land use and map making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish boundaries and provide data for construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Record survey results including shape, contour, location, elevation and dimensions of land.
• Submit daily surveying reports with at least 95% accuracy using the company‑approved format.
• Prepare survey proposals and ensure they are submitted at least 7 days before project setting out.
• Train and supervise assistant land surveyors to achieve high efficiency and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mathematics, survey computations and land surveying principles.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and surveying standards.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Commitment to safety procedures and zero loss‑time incidents.
