Mid Controlling Manager

About the role

As a Mid Controlling Manager you will join AUTO1 Group’s Production team in Tirana, supporting financial controlling for vehicle maintenance and repair operations in the German market. You will work with financial and operational data to ensure accurate cost tracking, improve processes and provide insights for better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and control costs related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure accurate processing, validation and documentation of production‑related financial data and invoices.
• Calculate and track maintenance and repair costs for vehicles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cost control and efficient financial processes.
• Analyse cost data, identify trends and deviations and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses.
• Support monitoring of budgets, actual costs and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation.
• Support automation and further development of controlling processes and tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, data analytics or a similar role.
• Experience in cost controlling, production controlling or operational finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate data into actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent command of English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools.
• SQL knowledge.
