Associate - Business Development Department

About the role

Kastrati Group is hiring an Associate for its Business Development department in Tirana. The Associate supports the assessment of new business opportunities and strategic projects across the Group, contributing to analyses and project deliverables while developing commercial and financial skills. It suits an early-career professional who enjoys research, working with numbers and learning about different businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors and emerging opportunities, and organize findings into market comparisons and insights
• Assist with Excel analyses, financial models, business plans and feasibility studies, and review financial and operational information
• Help prepare commercial proposals, business cases and meeting materials, and support due diligence through research and document tracking
• Coordinate tasks with colleagues and departments, track deliverables and deadlines, and keep records organized
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses and short reports, summarizing research and data clearly
• Track project and business performance indicators and highlight trends and areas for further analysis

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment
