Lead Generation Specialist - Outbound Calling

About the role

We are looking for a remote, part‑time Lead Generation Specialist to join our acquisitions team. You will be the first point of contact for app owners, using outbound calling to identify, engage and guide them through the acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls to potential app sellers and initiate conversations.
• Build and maintain relationships with app owners, answering their questions and providing information about our acquisition model.
• Support sellers throughout the acquisition journey, from initial interest to final deal negotiation.
• Negotiate app purchase prices to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Document interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle confidential data, including payment information, with strict accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven phone sales or lead generation experience, preferably in B2B cold calling.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
