French‑Speaking 24/7 Customer Support (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to join our 24/7 remote customer support team for a leading travel‑technology provider. The role involves handling online reservations, assisting travel agents, and resolving complex booking issues across hotels, flights, car rentals and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals and transfers.
• Respond to inbound calls from travel agents, addressing special requests and last‑minute changes.
• Coordinate offline requests with internal departments and negotiate solutions with suppliers.
• Operate multiple reservation systems simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
• Resolve operational and administrative cases from start to finish, often under tight deadlines.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Service‑oriented, patient, self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
• Ability to manage several tasks concurrently and activate resources efficiently.
• Experience working B2B with travel agents or in the travel industry.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies, products and procedures.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
