Junior Recruiter

About the role

BIP Consulting is expanding its presence in Albania and seeks a motivated Junior Recruiter to join the HR team in Tirana. You will support the HR Business Partner in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, focusing on high‑potential IT profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Maintain and update the internal candidate database.
• Produce recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Participate in ad‑hoc HR and talent acquisition projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience (including internships), preferably in headhunting firms or agencies.
• Experience in IT recruitment (data, AI, cloud) is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent command of MS Office tools.
• Mandatory good knowledge of Italian.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, problem‑solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
