Team Lead, DEX Operations

About the role

Deel is looking for a Team Lead to own the operational execution of its Digital Employee Experience (DEX) function. You will translate the Director’s vision into day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring initiatives are shipped on time, stakeholders are kept informed, and the team operates with world‑class discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of DEX initiatives, tracking progress, removing blockers and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Establish operational rhythms such as stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives and planning cycles.
• Define and enforce documentation, handoff and quality standards; monitor health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce weekly leadership updates, dashboards and status reports; serve as primary contact for stakeholder questions.
• Design and maintain intake, prioritisation, escalation and release‑management processes in partnership with the DEX Product Lead.
• Lead a team of DEX Analysts and a Data Scientist, providing coaching, goal setting and career development.
