HR Data Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Data Specialist to join our HR team in Albania and support our global HR activities. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable HR data and supporting the effective use and continuous improvement of our HR systems, reporting and processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HR data quality, accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Support HR data accuracy on compliance requirements, audit processes and maintenance of HR records and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, KPIs and data to support HR, Finance, ESG and business needs.
• Develop and support HR dashboards and people analytics using data from different systems and tools.
• Manage and support HRIS/HCM systems, including maintenance, improvements, requests and incidents.
• Identify and implement process automation and reporting improvements.
• Provide system support across HR Department teams.
• Contribute to HRIS, digitalization, People Analytics and AI‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Data Management, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and SuccessFactors (module EC) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a strong data governance mindset.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR KPIs, including payroll, organizational structures and employee lifecycle.
• Strong data analytics and visual skills, workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Ability to support Finance and HR teams by preparing workforce cost forecasts, headcount projections, and personnel budget reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different HR functions and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
