Junior Consultant - International Public Advisory

About the role

Civitta, an international management consulting, funding and digital solutions company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, is looking for a Junior Consultant in Albania. You will work in cross-border teams on diverse assignments across regions and sectors, supporting projects funded by international donors such as the EU, World Bank and EBRD, and helping governments with economic development and institutional strengthening.

Key responsibilities

• Perform desk research in Albanian and English
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistics, surveys or institutional sources, and review such data
• Support the drafting of reports, policy briefs and presentations
• Assist in client meetings and stakeholder consultations (interviews, focus groups, workshops)
• Provide backstopping support to the team of experts on projects and client requests
• Help prepare technical and financial proposals for donors, matching experts to project needs
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants and senior analysts on project tasks

Required profile

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Environment or Social Sciences
• Fluency in English and Albanian, with the ability to write clear reports, proposals and presentations
• Previous volunteering, student or community projects, municipal activities or local government events is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to structure research and support data-driven methods
• Solid communication skills, able to synthesize findings for client-facing materials
• Detail-oriented, results-driven and proactive
