Italian‑Speaking Travel Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Travel Agent to join BizAway’s fast‑growing B2B travel platform. You will assist corporate clients in booking and managing their trips, ensuring a smooth experience across hotels, cars, trains and more.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify reservations for clients using BizAway’s platform and partner providers.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely support.
• Enter and update customer data in the booking system.
• Explain platform rules, booking procedures and service policies (hotel, car, train, etc.).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer support or travel‑agency experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts (22:00‑07:00).
• Pass pre‑employment testing and background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms.
