IT & Web Assistant (Part-Time)

About the role

Andale Media is looking for an IT & Web Assistant to join its team in Tirana. The role suits passionate tech people who use AI tools, and is open to computer science students, recent graduates and early-career candidates. It is part-time with a hybrid (remote and on-site) arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and develop basic website features.
• Use AI tools for web development and process automation.
• Manage professional emails, Google Workspace, domains and hosting.
• Configure and maintain computers, networks and IT equipment.
• Manage accounts and access to the company's digital platforms.
• Identify and solve daily technical problems.
• Provide technical support for media production equipment and systems as needed.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of building and maintaining websites.
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Experience with OBS, ATEM and streaming systems is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or Cursor.
• Google Workspace, domains, hosting and macOS/Windows.
