IT Operations Specialist

About the role

We are a global digital marketing company seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage our IT asset inventory, SaaS usage, and support onboarding/offboarding processes. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who enjoys investigating how systems work and automating repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile IT asset inventory across Monday.com and other platforms.
• Compare data between systems, identify missing or outdated records, and resolve inconsistencies.
• Investigate inactive or offline devices and determine root causes.
• Track software licenses, usage, and costs, highlighting unnecessary or unexpected spending.
• Monitor SaaS and AI platform usage, following up on unusual activity.
• Support IT onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Perform manual or automated data comparisons using spreadsheets, scripts, or other tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve repetitive IT processes through automation and AI.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or business environment handling systems or operational tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious mindset.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
