About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Concrete Technologist to join our laboratory in Durres. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, analysing and controlling the quality of fresh and hardened concrete, as well as managing concrete additives according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analyses and tests on fresh and hardened concrete.
• Select, apply and monitor concrete additives in line with project requirements.
• Control the quality of raw materials and concrete mixes.
• Prepare detailed laboratory reports and interpret test results.
• Ensure that all concrete products comply with relevant standards and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete technology or concrete laboratory work.
• Strong knowledge of concrete specifications, additives and testing methods.
• Good organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Driving licence category B is an advantage.
