About the role

The company ED KONSTRUKSION SHPK is seeking a Construction Engineer with infrastructure experience to oversee technical aspects of construction works, coordinate on‑site processes and ensure project delivery according to standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Technical supervision and coordination of construction works on infrastructure projects, especially road construction and rehabilitation.
• Organising and controlling works according to technical drawings, preventive plans and work schedules.
• Ensuring material quality and compliance with technical standards on site.
• Performing field measurements and verifying completed volumes.
• Coordinating technical staff, subcontractors and work crews.
• Preparing periodic progress reports.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Required profile

• University degree in Construction Engineering.
• Previous experience on infrastructure projects, preferably extensive road construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and road infrastructure standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Organisational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities on site.
• Responsibility and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
