Interior Architect – Residential Renovations

About the role

AlbNova is seeking an Interior Architect to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for residential renovation projects in Tirana. You will work closely with project leads, designers, and site supervisors to ensure designs meet client expectations and AlbNova’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, space plans, and fit‑out concepts for residential renovations.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualisations, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with carpenters, tilers, electricians, plumbers and other trades during on‑site visits.
• Support scope definition, cost estimation and material planning.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, building codes and AlbNova’s quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Strong space‑planning abilities and experience in residential fit‑out projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, technical detailing and structural coordination.
• Professional proficiency in Albanian and good command of English; Italian is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
