HR Data Specialist

About the role

An HR Data Specialist is sought to join the HR team in Albania and support global HR activities. The role ensures reliable HR data and helps improve the use of HR systems, reporting and processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HR data quality, accuracy and consistency across HR systems
• Support HR data accuracy on compliance requirements, audit processes and maintenance of HR records and documentation
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, KPIs and data for HR, Finance, ESG and business needs
• Develop and support HR dashboards and people analytics from multiple systems and tools
• Manage and support HRIS/HCM systems, including maintenance, improvements, requests and incidents
• Identify and implement process automation and reporting improvements
• Provide system support to HR department teams and contribute to HRIS, digitalization, People Analytics and AI-related projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Data Management, HR Operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and SuccessFactors (module EC) is a plus
• Good understanding of HR processes and KPIs, including payroll, organizational structures and employee lifecycle
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and BI skills, such as Power BI or Tableau
• Data analytics and visualization, workforce planning and headcount forecasting
• Ability to prepare workforce cost forecasts, headcount projections and personnel budget reports
