Hiring Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

About the role

Skinnify is seeking a full‑time Hiring Manager to lead talent acquisition and onboarding as the company scales internationally. The role is fully remote and focuses on attracting top talent, especially by poaching from competitor firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high‑performing candidates, with an emphasis on poaching talent from other companies.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new and departing team members.
• Maintain and grow Skinnify’s presence on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

Required profile

• Strong people skills and excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience as a Hiring Manager at an e‑commerce company with $10M+ annual revenue.
• Proven ability to attract top talent, including poaching from competitor firms.
• Exceptional organizational attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote, international teams.
