Global Mobility Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Mobility Specialist to join Deloitte’s Central Europe team. In this role you will facilitate international assignments, relocations and remote‑work requests, ensuring smooth transitions for our employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound and intra‑company international moves for Deloitte staff.
• Manage remote‑work‑from‑abroad requests across Central Europe.
• Support relocation processes, including immigration, tax, and entitlement administration.
• Resolve challenges related to assignments and provide guidance to employees.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentation for international moves.
• Promote compliance and mobility best‑practice within the firm.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in global mobility.
• Understanding of social security, tax and immigration issues related to mobility.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional Central European language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
