Recruitment & Legal Specialist

About the role

Lea Business Consulting is looking for a Recruitment and Legal Specialist to support its recruitment services and employment law consulting. The ideal candidate combines recruitment and candidate assessment skills with knowledge of Albanian labour legislation, HR documentation and employment relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing through interviews and shortlisting
• Sourcing and assessing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn and professional networks
• Prepare preliminary interviews and assess qualifications, experience and soft skills
• Write interview reports and shortlists for clients, coordinate interviews and manage the candidate database
• Support preparation, review and organisation of employment contracts, supplementary acts, internal policies and HR documentation
• Help clients apply Albanian labour law and keep HR records and hiring procedures up to date
• Monitor changes in labour legislation and assist HR audits and foreign worker hiring procedures, including work permits and residence permits

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, labour law or legal assistance is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Albanian labour legislation and employment documentation
• Strong communication, interviewing and assessment skills, good organisational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to handle several recruitment processes at once and meet deadlines
• Excellent Albanian and good English (B2/C1)
