Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Arpya, the cybersecurity and AI division of Global Technologies Italia, is hiring its first talent hire. You will headhunt for every role opened, from security and engineering to product, marketing, sales, delivery, operations and finance, and build the hiring framework that decides who gets in. You report to the COO and own the function, which will be used in every country the company expands to.

Key responsibilities

• Build a hiring framework: scorecards, work samples, calibrated interviews, a written decision rule and a feedback loop from performance and retention.
• Headhunt directly: talent mapping, outbound, communities and universities, pre-screening candidates before a hiring manager sees a CV.
• Run each hire end to end: intake, pipeline, offer within bands, references, day-one handover and 30- and 90-day check-ins.
• Maintain a bench of pre-qualified, warm candidates for the roles opened most often.
• Adapt the hiring playbook to each country, starting with Italy and Albania.

Required profile

• Experience judging people for both technical and non-technical roles, with examples of good hires.
• Ability to find people who are not actively looking, including the hardest roles closed by direct search.
• Experience designing a structured selection process and measuring the funnel.
• Experience hiring in more than one country, professional English and Albanian; Italian is an advantage.
