Database Administrator Intern – Recruitment Support

About the role

Warwick Search is looking for a Database Administrator Intern in Tirana to support its recruitment consultants by keeping their candidate databases performing well, accurate and secure. The internship is tailored to the intern's interests and offers flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritise candidate lists, manually exclude unsuitable profiles and check AI-generated results for accuracy and relevance.
• Follow management instructions on new client job orders and carry out the agreed search strategy.
• Research and map companies, markets and talent pools to find potential candidates.
• Use LinkedIn, recruitment databases, job boards and AI-assisted tools to find profiles matching each brief, and use AI to build search strings, find alternative job titles and summarise candidate experience.
• Flag "do not contact" profiles, such as those employed by existing clients or covered by restrictions.
• Prepare prioritised lists for consultants, highlighting suitability and background, and re-evaluate them daily or as agreed.
• Maintain accurate records, research notes and project updates in the recruitment database or CRM.
• Use approved AI tools to support recruitment administration, draft candidate summaries and prepare outreach content.
• Handle candidate and client information confidentially and support senior management with research and reporting on active recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Studying or has completed a degree in IT.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• IT skills and PC literacy.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
