End User & Technical Support Specialist – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

Flutter is seeking a motivated End User & Technical Support Specialist to cover a maternity leave for one year. You will be the first point of contact for employees, providing bilingual (Italian and English) assistance for hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve trouble tickets via phone and chat in Italian and English.
• Process IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests using IT Service Management tools.
• Administer user accounts and licensing in Microsoft 365 (both on‑premises and cloud).
• Configure and manage devices with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Deploy operating systems, applications, configurations, and policies across multiple devices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
• Ability to provide remote support with high service quality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
• Team player with availability for quick transfers.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
