Electrician - Hospitality and Commercial Properties

About the role

Korin Balkan, which offers hospitality, engineering, technical and property solutions across the Balkans, is hiring a full-time, on-site electrician in Albania. The role supports hotels, resorts, restaurants and other hospitality and commercial properties with professional electrical services.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment and fixtures in hotels, resorts, restaurants and related facilities.
• Perform routine inspections, identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Work with engineering and facility management teams on renovation projects, energy efficiency initiatives and coordinated HVAC and electrical solutions.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and proactively recommend improvements to improve system reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and safe electrical practices.
• Practical experience in electrical work, including installation and wiring in commercial or hospitality environments.
• Relevant vocational training or certification as an electrician; a license or eligibility for licensing in Albania is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations and energy-efficient practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts or commercial properties is preferred.
