Construction Site Engineer

About the role

ROY Construction is looking for a Construction Site Engineer. The successful candidate will have worked as a first engineer on sites of buildings over 10 floors with several underground levels, responsible for implementing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and organise daily work on site
• Ensure works follow the project, technical specifications and quality standards
• Plan work phases and track deadlines
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Complete all required technical documentation according to legislation
• Control material quality and completed works
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with designers and supervisors
• Monitor quantities of work and prepare technical reports
• Check compliance with safety and health regulations on site

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Engineering
• Proven experience as a first engineer on buildings over 10 floors with underground levels
• Good knowledge of construction processes and site organisation
• Leadership, organisational and coordination abilities; responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to make technical decisions and manage high-pressure situations

• Reading and interpreting construction, architectural drawings and technical documentation
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
