Electrical Inspections & Planning Engineer

About the role

Titan Albania is hiring an Electrical Inspections/Planning Engineer. The role contributes to developing and scheduling maintenance plans so that resources are used efficiently and operations remain reliable and aligned with production needs, while also supporting new projects and equipment modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of the work order cycle and create and close work orders.
• Prepare the Maintenance Master Plan, combining the Inspection Master Plan, routine maintenance plan and execution work orders triggered by inspection findings and new projects.
• Prepare job plans for the execution team, considering all safety and environmental procedures, and provide schedules of maintenance activities based on planned work orders, the production plan and available resources.
• Manage the backlog of planned tasks through the work order cycles (inspection and execution).
• Prepare safety risk assessments for maintenance activities together with the execution and safety departments, and follow ISO procedures of the maintenance department.
• Manage spare parts and launch purchase requests; support planning of the shutdown project.
• Update existing drawings to reflect as-built changes and keep an archive of all documentation and its changes.
• Take part in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and help document maintenance activities and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Safety category at least 3.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in industry.
• Excellent reading of electrical wiring diagrams and good knowledge of English.
• Planning and organising skills.

• Use of electronic measuring and testing tools.
• Industrial PC, instruments and electronics.
• PLC knowledge.
• Industrial application software such as frequency drives, gas and dust analysers, weigh feeders, truck scales, packing lines, actuators, air compressors, industrial cameras and scanners.
