Digital Workplace Specialist (IT Specialist)

About the role

The Digital Workplace Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of enterprise digital workplace solutions to boost employee productivity and collaboration. The role provides advanced user support, ensures compliance, and contributes to a high‑quality digital employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for collaboration platforms, endpoint devices, virtual desktops and productivity tools, troubleshooting incidents and service requests.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and assist with endpoint management, patching and provisioning.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding activities, manage account provisioning in Active Directory and Azure AD, and maintain accurate access controls.
• Ensure hardware, software and security compliance, report non‑compliance and support remediation actions.
• Identify repetitive support tasks for automation and assist with chatbot, workflow and RPA projects to improve service‑desk efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong diagnostic and issue‑resolution capabilities with a focus on user‑facing communication.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, incident and request handling, and SLA‑based support models.
• Improvement mindset with ability to spot efficiencies and automation opportunities.
