DevOps Lead

About the role

Join an agile R&D team at a leading European tech company, driving digital innovation for over 45 years. As a DevOps Lead you will translate requirements into code, create, improve and maintain high‑quality software, and shape the platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DevOps governance, defining standards, processes, best practices and guidelines.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Design, implement and optimise scalable, secure cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation processes and container orchestration.
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture and Operations teams to improve platform quality, security, resilience and performance.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and managing cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure; AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code, automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
