Dental Clinic Manager

About the role

A client of Omnes is looking for a manager for a dental clinic located on Zogu I Boulevard, Albania. The position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and ensuring service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily work processes in the clinic
• Manage staff, organise working schedules and plan holidays
• Coordinate communication with the marketing agency and external partners
• Monitor service quality and ensure the clinic runs smoothly
• Handle client communication professionally and deal with complaints
• Coordinate between staff and departments and propose improvements

Required profile

• Previous experience in management, coordination or administration, preferably in clinics or service structures
• Very good Italian, level B2; level C1 is an advantage
• Good organisational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Problem-solving ability, responsibility, initiative and focus on service quality
