First Aid Assistant – Airport Medical Support

About the role

The First Aid Assistant provides direct first‑aid and medical support across airport areas, ensuring rapid response to incidents involving passengers, staff, or visitors. The role also assists the Company Doctor with occupational health duties, including sick‑leave verification and medical record maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid care to passengers, visitors and employees and monitor patients until handover to state medical services.
• Maintain and prepare first‑aid kits, oxygen units and emergency equipment; document all interventions in daily medical reports.
• Conduct home visits to verify employee medical sick leaves and prepare concise summaries for the Company Doctor.
• Support periodic medical checks, health campaigns and keep staff medical files confidential and up‑to‑date.
• Track medical‑supply stock levels, request replenishment and assist in organizing first‑aid training, drills and awareness events.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related health field.
• Valid driving licence and at least 1 year of emergency‑care or first‑aid experience.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Ability to work shift‑based schedules, including weekends and holidays, in airside and restricted areas.
